Facelift

Also known as a rhytidectomy, this procedure helps to significantly reduce signs of aging on the face and neck, diminishing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines . It can often be combined with other procedures such as a browlift for more profound results. The surgery involves lifting the face, tightening the facial and neck muscles, and removing excess skin. To do this, small incisions are made along the natural lines of the ear.

Patients who undergo this procedure endoscopically tend to recover more quickly and are able to return to work and continue with their daily routines, as they face fewer side effects and a lower risk of complications.

The forehead and cheeks can be treated endoscopically, limiting the incisions and eliminating the possibility of undesirable scars. Sometimes, this surgery can be performed on an outpatient basis, which is more comfortable for the patient and allows for savings in the cost of the procedure.
